ELIGIBILITY

The contest is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only) who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Webbed Apparel, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings), and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Monthly “Most Deserving” Story Contest

Entry Period: 1st day of the month at 12:00 AM EST through the last Sunday of the month at 5:00 PM EST Winner Selection: Winners may be selected through voting on Sponsor’s Facebook page or by Sponsor selection Winner Announcement: 3 days after the random draw winner announcement

HOW TO ENTER

Online Entry

Visit the official contest entry page and submit your full name and valid email address. By entering, you agree to subscribe to Sponsor’s newsletter (you may unsubscribe at any time).

This entry automatically enters you into the monthly random draw contest.

Optional Story Submission: You may also submit a short paragraph story (maximum 1,000 characters) describing why you would like to win a Webbed Apparel Shoulder Sleep Shirt. If you include a story with your entry, you will be entered into BOTH:

• The monthly random draw contest
• The monthly “Most Deserving” story contest

Mail-In Entry

To enter by mail, hand-print your full name and valid email address on paper and mail it to:

You may optionally include your story (maximum 1,000 characters) to be entered into both contests. If no story is included, your entry will be included in the random draw contest only.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the 25th of the month and received by the last Sunday of the month to be included in that month’s contests. Limit one mail-in entry per outer envelope.

Entry Limits

Each email address may only enter once every three (3) months. Entrants who have entered in a given month are not eligible to enter again until three full calendar months have passed. Entries received outside the contest period or from ineligible email addresses will not be accepted.

WINNER SELECTION

Monthly Random Draw

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during that month’s entry period. The winner will be announced via email on the 1st day of the following month at 11:00 AM EST. A spinning wheel reveal will be conducted later that day (time to be announced on social media). The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that month’s drawing.

Monthly “Most Deserving” Story Contest

One winner will be selected from all eligible story submissions received during the monthly entry period. Winner may be selected through voting on Sponsor’s Facebook page or by Sponsor selection based on the compelling nature of the story, including but not limited to: inspiring narratives, overcoming adversity, community impact, or other factors as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner will be announced 3 days after the random draw winner announcement.

Multiple Winners

While entrants are eligible to win both the monthly random draw and monthly “Most Deserving” story contest, Sponsor reserves the right to award one of the prizes to an alternate winner if the selected winner has already won during that month, in order to maximize the number of unique winners.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMING

Monthly Random Draw Winners

Winners will be notified by email sent to the email address provided at entry on the 1st day of the following month at 11:00 AM EST. All entrants (winners and non-winners) will receive an email with the subject line “And the Winner is……..”

Primary winners must claim their prize by midnight, 48 hours after the announcement email. For example the results are emailed on Monday 48 hours (2 days later) then on Wednesday at midnight the prize window closes.

The winner notification email being sent by:

• Visiting the Sponsor’s website
• Completing the prize claim form with shipping information
• Using the unique discount code provided in the winner notification email

If the randomly selected winner does not claim within the time period, Sponsor can select an alternate winner from that month’s entries. If story submissions were received during that month, the alternate winner can be selected based on the most compelling story. The alternate winner will be notified by email and must claim their prize within 7 days of notification.

Monthly “Most Deserving” Story Contest Winners

Winners will be notified by email 3 days after the random draw winner announcement. Monthly “Most Deserving” winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification by completing the prize claim process described above.

Sponsor may attempt additional contact to ensure monthly winners receive their prize due to the promotional nature of this contest tier.

Winner Announcement

Winner names (first name and last initial) may be posted on Sponsor’s social media accounts and website. By entering, entrants consent to such announcement and use of their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

PRIZES

Monthly Random Draw Prize

One (1) Webbed Apparel Shoulder Sleep Shirt (approximate retail value: $77 USD). Winner may select shirt size from available inventory. Free shipping to winner’s address within the lower 48 United States is included.

If winner’s selected size is temporarily out of stock, the prize will be shipped when inventory is replenished.

Monthly “Most Deserving” Story Contest Prize

One (1) Webbed Apparel Shoulder Sleep Shirt (approximate retail value: $77 USD). Winner may select shirt size from available inventory. Free shipping to winner’s address within the lower 48 United States is included.

Non-Winner Promotional Offer

All non-winning entrants in the monthly random draw will receive a one-time use discount code off store-wide, valid for the same 48 hours late date at midnight from the time of the winner announcement email. This promotional offer is not transferable and has no cash value.

General Prize Terms

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative or prize substitution is allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with prize receipt.

PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

By entering, entrants agree to subscribe to Sponsor’s newsletter. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in newsletter emails.

Winners will be required to provide a shipping address to receive their prize. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.

Entry information and submitted stories may be used by Sponsor for promotional and marketing purposes.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

By entering and accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, submitted story content, and prize information for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website features, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Monthly “Most Deserving” story contest winners may be contacted for testimonial content and photographs for promotional use.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to pause or discontinue the monthly contests at any time due to inventory levels, business operations, or other business-related reasons at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The contests may be paused at the end of any month to refine the contest structure and processes to improve the experience for all participants.

Sponsor will provide reasonable notice of any pause or discontinuation via email to active subscribers and on the contest entry page.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RELEASE & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

WINNER LIST

For the name of the monthly winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Webbed Apparel Contest Winners, 10685-B Hazelhurst Dr. #40142, Houston, TX 77043 USA. Requests must be received within 60 days of the contest end date.

OFFICIAL RULES

These Official Rules are available at webbedapparel.com/contest-rules and by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address listed in Section 14.

By entering this contest, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
