    A 14-inch zipper runs from the armpit down the underside of each sleeve. Zipped, the sleeve is joined to the body — your arm moves, but it can't rise above your shoulder. Patent pending.

  • YOU SET THE RANGE

    Slide it to wherever you want and it locks there. A little hold or a lot. One arm or both.

  • IT'S JUST A SHIRT

    95% cotton, 5% spandex. Thumbholes so the sleeves stay put. Nothing to strap on. Unzipped, it's a long-sleeve tee.

      How does it work?

      The zipper joins each sleeve to the body of the shirt. You can still roll over, shift, get comfortable — your arm just can't rise above your shoulder. That keeps it in a more natural position for the hours you're not paying attention.

      Can I choose how much it holds?

      Yes. Slide the zipper to any point and it locks there. Fully open, nothing's holding. Fully closed, the most. One arm or both. Unzip before you walk around.

      Is it comfortable?

      It's a cotton tee. The first few nights you'll notice the hold when you reach up — that's it working.

      What size should I order?

      True men's sizing, Small to 2XL. Between sizes, go up. Size guide with garment measurements.

      Who shouldn't use this?

      If you're recovering from a stroke or a spinal cord injury, or you can't easily move your own arm, please don't — talk to your physio. If you're post-surgery and your surgeon has you in a sling, that sling is doing a job this shirt isn't designed for. Ask them first.
